OPS CONTROL HQ
Florida New Business Radar · Early Access

Not another raw Sunbiz dump.

Florida publishes thousands of corporate filings on business days. Raw rows are cheap and widely available. The product being tested here is the layer buyers actually need: filtering, prioritization, and buyer-specific scoring so a bookkeeper, insurance agent, payroll provider, or B2B seller can focus on the registrations most worth contacting.

Official source

Designed around Florida Division of Corporations daily corporate files: document number, entity name, filing type/date, addresses, registered agent, and listed officers where present.

Buyer-specific filters

Instead of sending every filing, the planned feed ranks records around your use case, geography, entity type, freshness, and observable filing signals.

Less sorting

The value proposition is time saved and earlier prioritization—not pretending public registry data itself is proprietary.

Planned first segments

One source, different buying signals.

BuyerExamples of useful prioritization
Bookkeeping / accountingVery recent formations, active entities, owner/officer presence, location, entity type, setup-stage signals.
Commercial insuranceVery recent formations, geography, business-name activity signals, owner/officer presence, entity type, and other indicators that may justify faster review.
Payroll / HRFresh employer candidates, entity type, geography, officer/manager structure, and name-pattern signals.
Merchant services / bankingNew operating entities by geography and freshness, prioritized for first-week outreach.

Scoring is a prospecting aid, not a claim about industry, eligibility, creditworthiness, insurance needs, or future purchasing behavior. Public filing fields have limitations and should be independently verified when material.

Demand test before build

Reserve early access for $0.

The current hypothesis is a $29/month founding plan if the filtered feed proves useful. The reservation costs nothing, collects your buyer segment, and does not create a paid subscription.

No charge. No revenue is recorded from the reservation. Full production build remains gated on genuine external demand.

Why this can work

The raw-data market validates the source—and commoditizes it.

Existing data tools already sell access to Florida filings at low per-record prices. That is evidence that the source is operationally usable, but also evidence that a generic statewide feed has weak differentiation. Ops Control HQ is testing whether verticalized ranking and reduced prospecting work can support recurring value instead.
